OtherI see online this is a HSE contact Tracing number but when I went for my PCR test today they said these types of calls were no longer being made and a scam.
To be honest I'm still unsure, the person asked me to confirm my name, and dob and address then proceeded to ask questions about where I worked in relation to the the positive Antigen Test I uploaded on the HSE covid portal. He then gave me advice in relation to isolation and questions on my workplace so it seemed legit at time. BE CAREFUL

OtherThough I had logged a positive test and it made sense to get a call back, the caller could not tell me where he was sitting/what office, just HSE and then HSE in Dublin. As a health worker providing lots of extra info did not make sense to me beyond what I submitted to the form. I didn't like that the caller could not confirm what HSE office he was based in (the geographical location) or indeed whether he was working from home- which would be fine but could have clarified for confirmation.

SafeThis number is the HSE contact tracing number. If you do a PCR test and haven't filled out the text link you will most likely get a call.

OtherReceiving call after positive COvid test, but they were asking too many questions (Date of birth, location, schools and working place, etc) I refuse to answer that, and I told them that i can fill the form instead.

Safe012408773 is in fact the HSE contact tracing number, they will ring you up to 5 times to speak with you. If you ring the HSE number, they will confirm this!
They ring each person for contact tracing and it is an important phone call.

SafeUsed as a legitimate number for HSE Contact Tracing, Location comes up as Dublin but this call could be coming from a centre anywhere in the country as the system used is not a landline and has a designated Dublin number. Number is safe to answer, 100%.
