Wanted to do an energy rating survey of house on behalf of my council since the way council tax is calculated is to be changed and will be need on the level of energy saving. She didn't know which council I was with. ALARM BELLS!!! Marcel Hearing is based in USA and Canada. The way council tax is calculated is not due for a change. Sounds like a scam. Perhaps scare tactics to change boiler etc.
