THIS DOES NOT SOUND LEGIT TO ME as being from SD County gov't agency. Why did they use a last name that I haven't had for 35 years? After saying that, she used the correct name and wanted my date of birth AND last four of my SSN. When I said I wasn't comfortable because she used the wrong last name, she got snippy and said "you'll get a letter in the mail" and literally hung up on me before I could say anything.
