It is BT help centre returning what is often a fault reported. Waste of time talking to them though because BT are incredibly inefficient and never get anything done. I am, at present, trying to get a disabled friend's telephone line back. It has now been off for nearly a month - she cannot even dial 999. So I called Ofcom who put someone 'senior' at BT in charge. Today's promised visit from Open Reach (for which BT paid a large sum of money for it to be done quickly) has not happened. If I have

This call was from a BT broadband technical engineer because I had faults which he was working to fix. Genuine caller.

This is BTShop they are a nuisence but if you ordered something from them you need to speak to them or they wont process you order. I wont be shopping with them again.
